A publication of the Theta Foundation
The volume contains the proceedings of an international
conference in honor of Jean Esterle, held from June 1–4, 2015,
in Bordeaux. Most of the papers present original work in harmonic
analysis, function theory, operator theory, and their applications;
others review known results and put them in a new perspective.
Among the subjects covered are: operators on spaces of holomorphic
functions; Hankel and Toeplitz operators; Carleson measures for
various spaces; spectral problems for differential operators; geometry
of Banach spaces; linear dynamics; interpolation of functions;
idempotents in Banach algebras; and magnetic distributions on thin
plates.
A publication of the Theta Foundation. Distributed worldwide, except in Romania, by the AMS.
